FAQs

How do you control scope creep?

We define measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria up front, run weekly demos, and track a shared decision/changes log. New ideas go into the backlog and are sized before approval.

What if we’re not satisfied after Sprint 1?

Start with a two-week pilot. Continue only if you’re confident. We’ll hand over code and docs either way.

Who owns the IP?

You do—per our MSA/SOW. We work in your repos from day one and assign all work-product to your company.

How do you protect our data?

Secure SDLC, least-privilege, encrypted secrets, audit logs, and PII handling playbooks. We can integrate with your SSO, logging, and key management.

Do you support SSO and enterprise policies?

Yes—Azure AD/Okta SSO, role mapping, and optional SCIM. We follow your change control and security reviews.

What happens in production incidents?

Defined SLOs, on-call rotation, runbooks, and post-incident reviews. We aim to reduce both incidents and MTTR over time.

Engagement models & pricing?

Fixed-scope for well-defined work; Time & Materials for discovery/iterative builds; Dedicated pod for ongoing delivery. Transparent burn-up and weekly reporting in all cases.

Typical timelines?

Pilot: 2 weeks. MVP: 4–10 weeks depending on scope. SSO rollouts: ~2–3 weeks. Performance overhauls: ~4–6 weeks including validation.
